Ingredients:
- Coconut pulp(devoid of milk/fat)
Materials:
- Oven/Dehydrator
- Baking tray
- Coffee grinder/Food processor
- Wax paper
Method:
Take the coconut pulp left from making coconut milk and spread it out on a baking tray lined with wax paper. Put the coconut on the tray that comes with your dehydrator if you are using that.
