Maybe I let it sit for too long.
Dinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05790199959064645903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2674490286236851870.post-87203966833761724072013-05-05T19:51:01.234-04:002013-05-05T19:51:01.234-04:00Fresh coconut milk should be slightly sweet, so I ...Fresh coconut milk should be slightly sweet, so I don't know why your pudding turned out bitter. Was it maybe some of the other ingredients you might have used I'm also assuming you used some sort of sweetener in the pudding?

One important thing to note is that when buying coconuts, even with good coconut picking techniques, you sometimes end up with a rotten/spoiled one. Shake a coconut and make sure it has a lot of water in it. No cracks should be found, and the "eyes" should not be wet.Soulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00452723752171305991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2674490286236851870.post-22772478648988596532013-04-30T20:08:13.586-04:002013-04-30T20:08:13.586-04:00I made it in total it was about 2 cups. I made tapioca pudding with the milk and I don't know what I did wrong but it was bitter. :(Dinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05790199959064645903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2674490286236851870.post-28336879194726088912013-04-26T18:18:34.607-04:002013-04-26T18:18:34.607-04:00Hello Dina,

Start with a half cup of water to get things started in the blender and then add another cup and so on. I generally add a cup or two.

Let me know how it turns out! :) Soulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00452723752171305991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2674490286236851870.post-28935634266252197342013-04-24T19:47:16.369-04:002013-04-24T19:47:16.369-04:00How much water?
